The Caringbah Greens development on Willarong Road is a major government infrastructure consisting of three high-rise towers, offering 280 premium residential apartments, along with a state-of-the-art bowling club facility. BK Fire Protection is proud to be the designated fire protection partner for this complex, providing crucial wet fire safety systems for both the residential towers and the leisure amenities.

Our scope of work includes the design and installation of a new combined hydrant and sprinkler system across the entire development. This system is designed to provide optimal coverage and ensure the safety of residents and visitors in case of a fire emergency. Additionally, we are installing two new sprinkler hydrant pumps in a newly constructed pump room, ensuring reliable and efficient water pressure and flow.

With the project nearing completion in the next two months, we are focused on delivering a robust fire protection solution that meets the highest safety standards and regulatory requirements for this high-density residential and recreational environment.
